I take this oath in the hopes of affirming my commitment as a warrior becoming a Bushido; I pledge to walk with integrity in my dealings with other community members.

I acknowledge my obligation to treat them with respect both in my language and the intention behind each of my words and I hereby pledge to fulfill it.

As one who aims to tread the way of the warrior, I pledge to steadfastly retain my courage, to do what is right in the face of whatever obstacles might appear.

Bushido calls for a life of honor and I pledge that even as they honor me, I too shall honor my fellow warriors and leaders, I shall uphold the dignity of my position and remain humble and open-minded.

I pledge to treat all individuals with compassion, to express kindness and empathy, ensuring to steer clear of all forms of harassment, bullying, or hate speech.

I vow as a warrior to be a reflection of truth, to communicate with honesty, to be upright and sincere in all of my actions.

Fully conscious of the warrior’s commission, I pledge to remain loyal to this community as I am absorbed into its heart. My allegiance lies with the Bushido Society.
